Die Verordnung über Märkte für Krypto-Vermögenswerte (MiCA) führt einheitliche EU-Marktvorschriften für Krypto-Vermögenswerte ein.
Ziel ist: Förderung der Marktintegrität und der Finanzstabilität, indem MiCA öffentliche Angebote von Krypto-Assets reguliert und sicherstellt, dass Verbraucher besser über die damit verbundenen Risiken informiert werden.
Bevor das Verzeichnis der MiCA-lizenzierten Unternehmen im IT-System ESMA (European Securities and Market Authority) offiziell integriert wird, werden vorläufige Listen in regelmäßigen Abständen gepublished. Wir haben die April-Daten!
